Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the United States for more than ten decades. She was part and was captain for the US Olympic women's gymnastics team The Fierce Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). At the 2012 Olympics she was awarded gold in both floor for the team and in individual competitions. Bronze was taken by her balance bar. She became the only American to have won the most Olympic medals. Her gold medal at the Olympics in 2016 was the second consecutive gold for the US team. This made her, together with her teammates Gabby and Gabby the first Americans to accomplish this feat. She also won two silver medals, one for the floor exercise and an individual all-around. After the second Olympics she stopped for three years gymnastics. Additionally, she was part of the gold medal winning American teams at the two World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport since age two, and her favorite activity is Floor Exercise. Aly donates to the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. Aly hopes to be an entrepreneur in fashion and broaden her line of leotards and socks in the coming years. Fierce will be out later this summer.
