Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and bestselling novelist. Her skills have earned her world-wide recognition. She's the daughter of a Sagittarius born on December 3 1960. She was born in North Carolina. She is the oldest out of three kids born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, a psychologist. Her heritage is English-Scottish.
